Lens transforms experiences through strategy
Lens partners with hospitals and healthcare leaders across the country to rethink and reinvent the patient experience. In Lens Lab, we prototype, experiment, reimagine, and reinvent three critical elements of the experience: the way people interact, the services delivered, and the systems that support care delivery. Our strategists combine human insight, qualitative data, and design thinking to transform the healthcare experience through a hospital’s most valued asset: its people.
Lauren Janney, EDAC
I’ve had the pleasure of working for more than a decade with healthcare clients to improve care delivery. During this time, I’ve studied healthcare through the lens of design and business administration—combining process engineering, empathy, facilitation, and analytics to help healthcare organizations improve performance. My work incorporates strategic planning, capital asset management, operational improvement and change management.
Whether I’m leading a Lens Lab or talking one-on-one with nurses and doctors, the opportunity to improve outcomes through personal accounts of patients and care teams is a constant reminder that people are at the center. I’m proud of our commitment to reinventing experiences that improve the health of our communities.
